Internet

 |
The Internet has advanced quickly to become an increasingly important component of successful political or issues campaigns. Use of the Internet can be an effective tool to find and inspire volunteers and to communicate to broad audiences.
Given the changes in how people receive information, we combine traditional forms of communication including mail, TV, and grassroots organizing with web based resources such as email, interactive websites and blogs to develop an active dialogue between you and your voter target. |

San Marino Schools
To recruit volunteers, solicit endorsements and generate critical contributions, the “YES on R” campaign counted on San Marino’s tradition of great schools - and a well-designed web site to pass Measure R with 71.5% of the vote.
The YES on R web site provided San Marino voters with clear, concise information about Measure R, an updated list of endorsements and the latest news about the measure. The web site also provided supporters an opportunity to volunteer, contribute online and lend their name to the campaign. The Measure R web site worked in coordination with persuasive direct mail and direct voter contact to yield a 71.5% “Yes” vote for Measure R on the March 2007 ballot. |
